Guided Meditation
Sure, it’s nice to have a moment of peace and quiet; but my intention runs much deeper in offering these guided meditations. It is to give you an absolutely essential tool.
There’s no room for coaching if you identify with your mind, and behave as if it simply reflects what’s real. In meditation we observe the contents of the mind, as well as emotions, physical sensations, and everything around you from awareness. Until you are conscious of the mind, like you’re conscious of your arm or of the clothes you’re wearing, you have no power to move or change it.

Granted, you can make some things happened by sheer force of will or muscle. Nevertheless, the biggest improvements my clients have made (like tripling income whilst cutting worktime in half), were achieved without spending an exorbitant amount of time, money or effort; but instead by clearing the mind of obstacles, aligning the way-you’re-being with the outcome you aspire to, and (above all) trusting yourself.
