Your Daily Checklist gives you the opportunity to design the routine that keeps you present.

List the things you are committed to doing daily to get and stay present. For most people, the top of the Daily Checklist includes exercise, meditation, inspirational reading, visioning, journaling, or affirmations that you engage in each morning. What are other items to list here? Drink water, declutter your space, connect with a loved one, connect with a prospect, take a bold action, dinner by 6, bed by 10, for example.

Each day you use the checklist to remind yourself to practice these things that bring you into the present moment. Once you have accomplished the item, put a check in the box to the right under the day’s date, so that you can a) see what your total is daily, b) see trends in the things that are working and those that are not, c) see the relationship between your follow-through and your state.

This audio gives you the simplest and most effective exercise for bringing yourself into the present moment.
